Content Specialist
As our product portfolio and development tools continue to grow, we're expanding our Marketing Team and seeking a second Content Specialist to join us. For us, working with content means not only writing engaging copy, but also proposing ideas for new publications and campaigns for our wide range of initiatives, as well as owning the entire creation and publication process. This philosophy shapes this role, the responsibilities and the expectations described below.
What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for creating and managing content across our website, blog, social media, and other channels related to our development tools. This role involves managing content end-to-end, which means your responsibilities will include:
collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand their products and marketing needs,
planning and executing marketing initiatives,
editing technical blog posts written by developers,
crafting compelling copy,
overseeing product landing pages from concept to publication.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you are:
someone with proven content marketing experience,
a skilled writer and editor who can transform technical content into engaging narratives,
someone with an excellent command of English, especially in writing (C1-C2 level), and fluent in Polish (as our day-to-day communication is in Polish),
someone who can easily switch contexts, as we work across both open-source tools and agency projects. You’ll help with our blog, landing pages, videos, and social media. This role requires the ability to adapt quickly, handle different types of work, and communicate clearly across channels,
a creative, detail-oriented, and organized person,
someone eager to learn from our engineering teams and come up with new content ideas,
a person who can communicate in a clear, direct, and effective way.
It will be a huge bonus if you:
have some familiarity with IT industry concepts and terminology (and if you don’t, it is a must to be willing to explore IT world and gain understanding over time),
have some experience with website analytics, traffic measurement, and working with Google Search Console,
have some knowledge of SEO principles.
