Battery Design Assurance Manager

We are currently looking for candidates for the role of:

Battery Design and Assurance Manager

Location: Bolechowo - Osiedle, hybrid model - 50/50 monthly

Your Tasks:

·       defining design assurance strategies aligned with product development timelines,

·       developing comprehensive test plans covering performance, safety, durability, and compliance,

·       prioritizing testing activities based on risk assessments and project milestones,

·       coordinating efforts across design, simulation, quality, and manufacturing teams,

·       ensuring effective feedback loops between test results and design iterations,

·       representing the team in program reviews and technical meetings,

·       analyzing test data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in collaboration with other Battery HUB teams,

·       driving data-informed decision-making based on test outcomes,

·       ensuring all design assurance activities comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, UN38.3, IEC),

·       monitoring and implement updates to industry standards into validation plans,

·       continuously improving design adaptation processes and tools,

·       leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of test engineers and technicians,

·       allocating resources effectively across multiple validation projects.

Our Expectations:

·       proven experience in design assurance or validation within battery systems or related fields,

·       strong understanding of industry standards and safety requirements for battery products,

·       analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and drive decisions,

·       experience working in cross-functional project environments,

·       leadership skills and experience managing teams and projects,

·       excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities,

·       very good English command (min. B2).
