We are currently looking for candidates for the role of:
Senior Strategic Sourcing Buyer
Location: Bolechowo - Osiedle, hybrid model - 50/50 monthly
Your tasks:
leading strategic sourcing initiatives for key components and services,
identifying and developing new suppliers - especially in the U.S. and North America,
managing RFQs, conduct supplier evaluations, and lead commercial negotiations,
building long-term relationships with strategic suppliers,
negotiating pricing, contracts, and supply agreements,
improving cost competitiveness through analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering,
supporting supply chain localization and ensure compliance with Buy America / BAA,
collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and finance teams,
monitoring supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives.
Our requirements:
5–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement,
strong negotiation skills and experience in international sourcing,
experience in working with global supplier markets,
strong commercial mindset and ability to analyze supplier cost structures,
fluent English in an international business environment,
ability to work effectively in cross functional, project driven setups.
Nice to have:
experience working with U.S. or North American suppliers,
knowledge of Buy America / BAA / local content requirements,
background in automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or heavy industries,
experience with TCO, should cost modelling, or supplier development.
