Employment Type: B2B Contract (PLN 16-20k net/month)

Scope: Customer acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads, other) + Analytics & BI + Holistic Growth


We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Head of Performance to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. You'll be instrumental in scaling our growth across Poland, Hungary, and Romania, focusing on optimizing existing channels, creating new campaigns, developing multi-touch remarketing strategies, and testing new marketing channels, all while maintaining strong unit economics. This is a high-impact role with direct ownership over our growth targets, working closely with our Founder/CEO, product, and sales teams and refining an analytical framework to measure the key metrics that drive business growth.


What You'll Do:


As our Head of Performance, you'll be responsible for the full spectrum of our demand generation activities, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.


  • Customer Acquisition

    • Scale growth: Increase new home seller mandates by 2-3x within 12 months, managing a proportional budget increase from PLN 1M+ while ensuring sustainable unit economics.

    • Budget management: Strategically allocate and manage performance marketing budgets across channels for maximum ROI.

    • PPC leadership: Own and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Ads), focusing on volume, cost-efficiency, new campaigns, and multi-touch remarketing.

    • New channel experimentation: Proactively test and scale new acquisition channels like X, YouTube, external mailing and other.

  • Analytics & Business Intelligence

    • Advanced analytics setup: Configure and maintain our analytical framework using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, including setting up tracking and events.

    • Business data analysis: Transform raw performance data into actionable business intelligence, identifying growth drivers and optimization areas.

    • Full journey measurement: Analyze every stage of the customer journey, from ads to conversion, ensuring a holistic view of performance.

    • Cross-channel reporting: Track and report on integrated cross-channel acquisition strategies using a last-click attribution model.

  • Holistic Growth

    • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the CEO, growth advisor, sales, and product teams to align performance marketing with broader business objectives.

    • Optional initiatives: Opportunities to contribute to brand marketing (CTR/CPC impact), organic growth (SEO, LLM channels), content creation, influencer marketing, and product marketing (funnel optimization).


What You'll Bring:


  • Proven track record: A strong history of driving significant growth and profitability through performance marketing, ideally in the consumer real estate market or similar verticals.

  • PPC expertise: Exceptional, hands-on proficiency in managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Analytical acumen: Deep expertise in analytics and business data analysis. You're not just a data user; you can configure tracking, establish event structures, and leverage tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio to derive meaningful, actionable insights.

  • Complex user path experience: Proven experience in multi-touch remarketing campaigns and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle

  • Experimentation mindset: Proven experience in testing new channels, rapidly iterating, and scaling high-performing initiatives.

  • Strategic thinker: Ability to define and analyze key performance metrics that directly drive effective business decisions.

  • Project management: Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Collaboration & communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of complex data.


Nice to have:

While not essential, candidates with experience in the following areas will stand out:

  • Brand marketing: An understanding of how brand-building efforts can positively impact performance marketing metrics (e.g., increased CTR, reduced CPC).

  • Organic growth strategies: Experience with traditional SEO, content marketing, or newer LLM (Large Language Model) channels for organic growth.

  • Beyond core PPC: Familiarity with alternative channels like influencer marketing, performance audio (e.g., online radio ads), or large-scale external mailings.

  • Product marketing & engagement: Exposure to optimizing the entire marketing funnel, including email marketing, advanced remarketing tactics, or even call center integration for lead nurturing.

  • Advanced analytics: experience with BigQuery and other advanced analytical tools.
