Online Safety Analyst with German

We are recruiting for a global consulting and technology organization that partners with leading brands and digital platforms worldwide. The client delivers large-scale trust and safety operations and invests strongly in employee development and well-being.

About the role

As an Online Safety Analyst, you will help maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of online platforms. Your work will support healthy digital communities by reviewing and assessing user-generated content in line with defined policies and guidelines.

This role combines analytical work, decision-making, and responsibility for user safety in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess text, audio, video, and profile-based content

• Classify, escalate, or remove content according to internal guidelines

• Investigate user reports and system-flagged issues

• Apply policies objectively, without personal bias

• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex cases

• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• English B2 level or higher

• German B2+ level or higher

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Emotional resilience and ability to manage sensitive content

• Interest in online platforms, digital culture, and social trends

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Experience in BPO, customer support, trust & safety, or content moderation is an advantage but not required.

Working model

• Full-time employment (onsite)

• Three shift options available:

  • Daytime schedule (Monday–Friday)

  • Daytime schedule (Monday–Sunday)

  • Rotational shift system (including weekends)

• Shift preferences discussed during the recruitment interview
