Solutions & Business Development Manager - banking
For an international organisation delivering advanced CX, BPO and technology solutions, we are currently seeking a Solutions & Business Development Manager to lead growth and solution design within the banking vertical in Poland and across Europe.
This is a key role combining business development, solution advisory and vertical expertise. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to BFS clients and an internal subject-matter expert, contributing to revenue growth and the development of new services within the vertical.
Key responsibilities
Drive business development and sales of advanced CX, BPO and technology solutions within the banking sector (Poland and international markets)
Build and manage a strong pipeline, identify new opportunities and acquire new clients
Understand client needs, design tailored solutions and prepare commercial offers
Lead negotiations and close new business as well as upsell opportunities
Act as a subject-matter expert in banking sector, with strong knowledge of KYC/AML, compliance and operational processes
Develop and promote vertical know-how, best practices and thought leadership content
Support delivery teams working with banking sector clients and ensure alignment between sales and operations
Coordinate implementation of new projects and services dedicated to the vertical
Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Contribute to building competitive advantage and expanding the company’s banking sector offering
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or solution advisory for the banking sector, combined with a strong understanding of banking operations, compliance and regulatory-driven processes (including AML/KYC).
Experience selling technology, operational or compliance-related services is highly preferred
Ability to act as a value-adding advisor and partner to clients
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and ability to understand client pain points and design effective solutions
High level of ownership, proactivity and results orientation
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Fluent English (C1, written and spoken)
Additional European language – nice to have
