  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing content projects
  • Proficiency in working with headless CMS platforms
  • Experience in editing and analyzing digital content



Hi! We’re looking for Content Specialist to join our Spyrosoft team 🚀


As a Content Strategist, you’ll play a crucial role in the overall content governance and strategy for our partner’s website as well as making data-driven decisions about content solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with business objectives and effectively engages the target audience.


DUTIES


Content Governance and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our partner’s website ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Establish and maintain content governance processes


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in that aligns with overall brand messaging
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement content structure in the CMS


Content Improvement and Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor and analyze content performance metrics
  • Support lifecycle management of website content, from strategy to analysis


Headless CMS Management:

  • Utilize your expertise in headless CMS platforms to manage and optimize content workflows, processes, and improve reuse across digital channels
  • Audit CMS to make sure best practices are being followed
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the CMS platform
