HR Consultant- Compensation & Benefits
We are looking for HR Compensation & Benefits Consultant who combines a structured project approach with a strong understanding of people, organisations, and business needs.

Requirements:
Senior experience in HR Compensation & Benefits processes or large-scale transformation projects.
Strong understanding of corporate finance metrics (EBITDA, Revenue).
Advanced data processing and reasoning capabilities.
Proven ability to communicate and build relationships at the C-level.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience in management consulting
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) or advanced data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Experience in post-merger integration regarding reward systems.
Project description:
Strategic Human Capital transformation projects for external clients. Focus on aligning compensation structures with business performance and financial goals.
Main responsibilities:
Independent delivery of HR and strategy projects with a focus on C&B.
Acting as a subject matter expert on various human capital aspects.
Preparing complex analyses and documentation using client data, market surveys, and internal statistics.
Developing remuneration models and performance-linked benefit systems.
