Rekrutacja zdalna

Codibly, a part of Spyrosoft Group, is a technology consultancy specializing in custom software development, systems integrations, advanced analytics, and strategic advisory. We partner with e-Mobility providers and renewable energy innovators to build scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms, accelerating digital transformation and driving sustainable growth.

We’re expanding our R&D team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Knowledge & Content Specialist to structure, create, and manage technical knowledge assets across renewable energy and IT.

What you'll do:

  • Organize knowledge: develop taxonomies, tag documents, and maintain knowledge repositories for easy retrieval.
  • Write technical content: Write and refine technical articles, how-to guides, API docs, case studies, success stories, and research summaries- ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Research & analysis: Conduct literature reviews and competitive analyses on industry trends, standards, and technologies. Synthesize insights to inform both R&D and content strategy.
  • Template creation: Design and maintain consistent document templates for internal and external communications.
  • Review & edit documents: Edit and refine documents created by technical teams, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
  • Publishing: Prepare and publish content for various platforms, ensuring professional formatting and accessibility in both digital and print formats.
  • Knowledge base management: Regularly update the knowledge database: archive outdated information, highlight high-value content, and improve searchability (adding keywords, summaries, or cross-links).
  • Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams, client partners, and leadership to capture requirements and translate complex concepts into actionable documentation.
  • Project Coordination: Drive content initiatives end-to-end, identify gaps, propose new projects, coordinate cross-functional input, set timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.

Apply if you have:

  • Proven experience in research, literature reviews, and synthesizing technical information.
  • Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hands-on knowledge management experience (e.g. SharePoint, wikis); expertise in tagging, metadata, and taxonomy design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects- from planning through publication, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms, markdown editors, PDF/design tools (InDesign, Acrobat); basic HTML and AI-tool familiarity a plus.
  • General interest in IT and a desire to grow within the industry.

Our process:

To check the quality and clarity of your writing, we will ask selected candidates to prepare a short research summary on a specific topic.
