Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the software development industry.
At least 2 years of managerial experience in IT, including leading teams of a dozen or more people as a line manager.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, with prior technical experience being a plus.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, solve problems, collaborate in teams, and build trust-based relationships.
Experience representing the company in front of clients and partners.
Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2+ level (mandatory).
Ability to work from the office (located at Zabłocie 43A) at least 3 times per week.

Your main responsibilities:
Leading a team of 30 to 50 members (depending on experience), ensuring the professional growth and engagement of software engineers.
Making decisions regarding salaries, promotions, and career paths.
Representing the company to clients, particularly in acquiring new projects (pre-sales) and showcasing company expertise.
Collaborating with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to hire new software engineers and fostering their retention within the company.
Allocating specialists to projects, considering both company needs and employee development goals.
Supporting T&M and body-leasing projects and occasionally preparing technical sections of sales proposals (infrequent).
