PMO Consultant / PMO Manager – International Projects

Project description

We are looking for experienced PMO professionals to support international programs and projects across various industries. The roles involve working closely with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring proper governance, planning, and delivery support in complex, fast-paced environments. The scope, duration, and location of assignments may very depending on the projects.

Main responsibilities

• Support project and program governance (planning, tracking, reporting)

• Prepare management-level presentations and dashboards

• Coordinate stakeholders across business and IT Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones

• Support steering committees and decision-making processes

• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in PMO / Project / Program Management

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Structured and proactive working style

• Experience in client-facing environments

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Very good communication skills in English

• Fluent German language is an advantage

• Experience with IT implementations or business transformation projects is an advantage

 Nice to Have

• Consulting background

• Experience in regulated or complex environments (e.g. Financial Services, Manufacturing)

• Exposure to international or multi-location projects

• Senior Consultant, Manager, or equivalent level experience
