Project Manager (ServiceNow)

Our client delivers ServiceNow platform projects for mid-size to large enterprise organizations across various industries (IT services, shared services, enterprise operations). Projects include new ServiceNow implementations, platform upgrades, module rollouts, integrations with enterprise systems, and workflow automation initiatives. The environment is international, with cross-functional teams and strong emphasis on platform governance and long-term roadmap alignment.

This is a full-time freelance project with a 1-year contract.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow (SNOW) projects.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.

• Experience managing multi-stream, enterprise-scale IT projects.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Advanced level of English (C1 or above).

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, ServiceNow PM-related certs).

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).

• Experience in international or distributed teams English C1.

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrade projects.

• Own project planning, scope, timeline, budget, and delivery quality.

• Coordinate and manage ServiceNow developers, architects, and process owners.

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Ensure ServiceNow platform governance, standards, and best practices are followed.

• Align project delivery with the ServiceNow roadmap and business strategy.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and delivery methods.

• Support change management, stakeholder communication, and project reporting.
