Currently for one of our best Clients, a Scandinavian company with HQ in Warsaw, we are seeking the best Candidate to take on a position of an Online Graphic Designer to support the eCommerce team in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
OPIS STANOWISKA/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop landing pages optimized for user engagement and conversions.
- Develop and execute design concepts (incl. video) for various digital marketing materials, including websites, email campaigns, social media graphics, and online ads.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms, maintaining responsive and adaptive formats.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, web developers) to ensure cohesive messaging and design consistency across digital channels.
- Implement A/B testing principles to refine and improve design performance.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and web design to continuously enhance our digital assets.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from team members or stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain organized files and version control of all digital assets.
- Provide creative input during team brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall visual strategy of the brand.
WYMAGANIA/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work (especially landing pages).

Strong command of English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing techniques and UX design principles, particularly in optimizing designs for user experience and conversions.
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of responsive design.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (min. 2 days per week in the office).

Openness to adopting and trying new technologies and tools for digital design.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they impact design.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and adaptability to changing priorities.
