We are looking for an ambitious, Hardworking & Self-Reliant individual to join our European Shareholder Services team, part of the Investment Operations function and is responsible for enabling communication between clients and Portfolio Managers.

As you grow in the role you will be responsible for:
Analysing data and helping produce operational reports used for daily monitoring and risk oversight.
Following and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs); identifying gaps and raising improvement ideas with the team.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by highlighting inefficiencies and supporting agreed changes.
Working collaboratively with colleagues in other locations to ensure consistency of processes and sharing of best practices.
Supporting projects related to efficiency, automation, and process enhancements across the team.

Education & preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, economics, accounting, business, analytics, or a related field).
Very good command of English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable working with Excel and data (e.g. reconciliations, basic reporting, pivot tables).
Prior experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Middle Office, or operations is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of job experience required.
Please Note: you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
Minimum Salary:
zł68,004 Coroczny
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
