PRODUCTS?
All of our products are built in-house and are strictly related to sport. We are serving our customers with in-play live visualizations, as well as sports statistics widgets and raw data provided by our SportsAPI. All the features are created by using new technologies and the best practices around the process of software development.
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers within assigned departments,
Identifying skill gaps and working to implement learning and development programs,
Recommending organizational improvements to increase overall teams productivity and happiness,
Ensuring a consistent Employer Branding message across all internal and external touchpoints,
Comprehensive management of on-boarding and off-boarding processes,
Support in planning and implementing activities related to increasing employee satisfaction and work comfort,
Conducting recruitment processes and employee opinion surveys,
Administration and creation of company benefits packages.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
Over 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner,
Proven track record of supporting leadership teams in achieving business objectives through people-centric solutions,
Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret HR data,
Excellent knowledge of labor law, modern HR best practices,
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence,
Outstanding communication skills,
Knowledge of recruitment methods and maintaining employment sustainability as well as other HRM processes - onboarding, offboarding, training, employee assessments, etc.
Excellent English (B2 minimum),
Availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
