Sales Development Representative
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE ON A TEAM?
We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound outreach, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for the sales team. This role requires persistence, organization, and excellent communication skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Lead Management:
Monitor and evaluate inbound leads based on defined qualification criteria.
Respond promptly and follow up on new inbound leads to maximize conversion.
Document lead qualification and next steps in the CRM.
Pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Nurture and periodically re-assess non-qualified leads.
Outbound leads management:
Conduct outbound prospecting using a multi-threaded, multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social touch-points) to engage potential clients.
Identify decision-makers and buying signals through Sales dedicated tools like Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator and other channels.
Maintain daily outreach activity to meet or exceed quotas (calls, emails, meetings).
Tailor outreach messaging and conduct A/B testing of emails, call scripts, and other touch-points to identify the most effective approach.
Perform research at the contact level to gather relevant context for outreach.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to define ideal customer profiles and research priorities.
Share research insights with the marketing team to support campaign targeting and messaging.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify upsell or expansion opportunities based on research findings.
Align with product or data teams when technical insight is needed to qualify leads.
Your KPIs:
Number of outbound calls, emails, and touchpoints per day.
Meetings scheduled per week/month.
Conversion rate from lead to qualified meeting.
Quality of research and context provided for each lead.
Response and follow-up time on inbound leads.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
1-2 years of experience in sales (SDR).
Strong communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot and other Sales Dedicated Tools like Apollo, Clay etc.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize research tasks.
English language skills at a minimum level of B2 + German language skills (nice to have).
Passion for sports and understanding of the sports data industry.
LOCATION:
Hybrid (3 days office/2 days home)
SALARY:
8 000 - 8 500 PLN gross + bonuses
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Screening – video call with Recruiter (up to 30 min. in Polish)
Interview – video call with VP of Sales (60 min. in English)
Final interview with CEO – meeting in our office (45 min. in Polish)
