Opis stanowiska

  • Job Description:

  • We are looking for a candidate for the position of Call Center Agent (French and English language required) (Midrange, Enterprise Storage area) to work in the IT Call Center in Warsaw.

  • Required knowledge of oral and written French and English (min. B2).

  • Work on a 24x7x365 shift basis


  • Our Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education.

  • Knowledge of information technology.

  • Knowledge of spoken and written French and English (min. B2) mandatory. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.

  • Additional knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package.

  • Very good knowledge of computer hardware design and operation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • We require readiness for introductory training/technical training and/or periodic training at home and abroad.

  • For foreigners, required to have a work permit in the Republic of Poland (residence/resident card with access to the labor market).
