Call Center Agent
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Call Center Agent (French and English language required) (Midrange, Enterprise Storage area) to work in the IT Call Center in Warsaw.
Required knowledge of oral and written French and English (min. B2).
Work on a 24x7x365 shift basis
Our Requirements:
Minimum secondary education.
Knowledge of information technology.
Knowledge of spoken and written French and English (min. B2) mandatory. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.
Additional knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome.
Very good knowledge of MS Office package.
Very good knowledge of computer hardware design and operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team.
We require readiness for introductory training/technical training and/or periodic training at home and abroad.
For foreigners, required to have a work permit in the Republic of Poland (residence/resident card with access to the labor market).
