Health and Safety Specialist

STS is the largest Polish bookmaker, which also operates on several European markets. The company was established in 1997, has offices in Katowice, Warsaw and Prague and currently employs nearly 1,500 people. We are an innovative bookmaker that provides services via the website, its mobile version and an application dedicated to Android or iOS. We have developed, among others: our own STSpay payment system and we provide STS TV with broadcasts of the most important sports events. We also have a nationwide network of modern stationary premises. We are the largest private sponsor of Polish sport - STS is the official partner of the Polish national football team and many sports clubs from various disciplines. We also run the Sport Your Chance Foundation.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Conducting health and safety inspections and preparing reports,  
• Organizing training sessions and updating internal health and safety procedures, 
• Supporting management in applying health and safety regulations, 
• Managing post-accident processes and assessing occupational risks, 
• Collaborating with external institutions and initiating projects to promote workplace safety. 

Nasze wymagania

• English at C1/B2 level, allowing for fluent communication, 
• At least 3 years of experience in health and safety roles, 
• Higher education related to occupational safety, 
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations, 
• Experience in internal audits and knowledge of ESG topics will be an advantage.
