Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER/ On site in Warsaw

We’re growing our team in Warsaw and looking for a Project Manager who enjoys owning projects and working closely with creative teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;

Experience in managing branding, digital and event projects;

Ability to define project scope, estimate timelines and analyze client needs;

Experience in preparing project documentation, including budgets and schedules;

Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners;

Ability to manage project budgets, timelines and risks;

Attention to detail and focus on project quality and profitability;

Confidence in presenting and representing the team during client meetings;

Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain effective workflow within creative teams;

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

Experience working with creative studios or agencies

Understanding of design processes, digital workflows and production (print / digital / event)

Experience with project management tools

We offer:

Salary depending on experience:  B2B contract: 8.000 - 12.000 PLN net + VAT / month
