Salary: 14 000 - 18 000 PLN/net base + bonus (OTE: 23 000 -27 000 PLN)
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a strong SaaS background — ideally in the Martech space — who’s ready to take ownership of the full enterprise sales cycle.
This is a hands-on role focused on closing qualified leads (inbound and outbound) and continuously improving how we sell. You’ll work closely with the SDR and Inbound Sales Specialist, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth, high-performing sales process.
What you’ll do
Own the enterprise sales cycle - from lead handoff to signed deal
Engage with enterprise clients across global markets — including North America and Europe — adapting your approach to their business context and timelines
Work hand in hand with SDRs and the tools we use to generate leads — together driving opportunities forward.
Share ideas and feedback to help shape and improve our sales strategy and process
Ensure a healthy pipeline, smooth lead handoff, and clean CRM data
Monitor performance and share insights to help the team optimize results
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to support revenue growth
What we’re looking for
3–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in the Martech space (bonus if you’ve worked with marketing or SEO tools)
Excellent spoken and written English (near-native fluency is a must)
A proven track record of closing enterprise deals — you know how to navigate complex sales cycles
Strong ownership mindset — you're proactive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on role
