We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Lead with strong SaaS experience — ideally in the Martech space — who’s ready to take full ownership of our enterprise sales efforts: from strategy to execution.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be personally closing all qualified leads — both inbound and those generated by SDRs — while mentoring the team, co-creating our sales approach, and driving continuous improvements in how we sell.
What you’ll do:
Own the entire sales cycle from first touch to closed deal
Close qualified leads — inbound + SDR-sourced
Work closely with SDR and Inbound Sales Specialist — guide, mentor, and support them
Have a real say in shaping and improving our sales process
Optimize lead handoff, pipeline health, and CRM hygiene
Track performance and share actionable insights
Collaborate with marketing, product, and CS to drive revenue growth
What we’re looking for:
3–5+ years in SaaS sales (bonus for Martech), on top of your other career experience
Proven track record in closing deals for enterprise clients
Experience in leading a sales team
Excellent command of spoken English (native-like fluency required)
Strategic mindset + execution muscle
Excited to test, iterate, and improve sales approach
Nice to have: experience in working in marketing or SEO agencies
