What we do (and why it matters):

Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large teams, without pilots required. Our technology has been battle-tested across 100,000+ combat missions in Ukraine — the world's most intense proving ground for drone warfare. We just closed a $15M Series A (the largest investment in Ukrainian defense tech since the war began) and we're scaling operations to serve NATO-aligned nations.

This isn't theoretical. This is software that's being used right now to save lives and defend democracy.


What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to handle the essential HR administration and support smooth employee experiences at Swarmer. You’ll own day-to-day tasks like onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, and benefits administration — and you’ll also have the chance to shape how these processes run in the future.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured work but wants to grow into building and improving processes. You’ll work closely with our HR lead, who will guide and mentor you, but you’ll have space to take ownership and suggest smarter ways of doing things.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role.

  • A strong attention to detail and an organized approach — you keep processes accurate and well-structured.

  • Confidence working with HR systems (experience with HiBob is a plus).

  • A proactive, curious mindset — you’re eager to learn, ask questions, and suggest improvements.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively — you know when to take ownership and when to align with others.

  • Motivation to grow into process ownership and build strong people operations expertise.


What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding (contracts, documents, accounts, checklists).

  • Administer benefits enrollment and terminations.

  • Keep employee data up-to-date in our HRIS (PeopleForce).

  • Ensure HR records and processes stay compliant and accurate.

  • Be the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions.

  • Support the HR lead in creating and rolling out policies and process improvements.

  • Spot opportunities to make our people processes smoother and more efficient.
