Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will make an impact on our existing products and create new ones.

What you will bring to the table?

• 4+ years of experience in product development in IT sector
• extended knowledge about the product development processes and ability to manage the product life cycle
• awareness of technology trends / industry news and capability to translate them into MVPs and devise ways to assimilate trends internally
• product intuition, a mindset for innovation and implementation of new solutions
• competence to generate compelling and easy-to-understand product marketing content that will illuminate product benefits to customers and enhance customer experience
• understanding which factors will result in better sales
• very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• fluency in English and Polish (C1/C2 level)
• knowledge of agile management methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) and experience in creating user flows, user maps, user stories & user tests
• a high degree of proactivity and sense of ownership, excellent self-management of time and work planning
• ability to work cross-team (marketing/sales/design/R&D)
• excellent communication skills with both technical (e.g. developers) and non-technical
• being comfortable with ambiguity

What you might surprise us with?

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree: Computer Science, Business, or Product Design preferred
• Product Management certifications will be a plus
• previous experience as a UX/UI Designer, Web Designer, Product Designer

Your work in details:

• making an impact on our existing products and creating new ones
• working on product discovery and development in order to increase the client's business value
• gaining a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and requirements through taking part in market research, experimentation, user testing, implementing continuous feedback systems and performing data analysis
• creating MVPs, validating assumptions and technical requirements, managing backlogs, making decisions on priority and roadmap
• creating effective, well-researched and compelling strategies to bring our product portfolio to the market, focusing on areas with the most growth potential
• developing value propositions that address the key issues faced by our target audience, providing solutions that are compelling and attractive
• educating both existing and potential customers, as well as industry partners, about the features, benefits, and overall value of our products
• translating product functionality and technical use cases into compelling business cases and product messaging
• sharing knowledge during workshops and informal meetings
• you will have a high degree of autonomy, many possibilities for experimenting
