Currently, we are looking for a Customer Success&Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success & Implementation Department (CSI).
In this role you will be helping clients integrate their systems and data with Synerise. You’ll connect APIs, automate workflows, and ensure that customers fully leverage the platform’s AI and analytics capabilities. This is a client-facing technical role that combines problem-solving, project coordination, and hands-on integration work. What will you do on a daily basis?
Supporting clients and partners during the implementation of the Synerise platform at companies from various sectors (e-commerce, finance, retail, telco etc)
Configure and implement use cases by translating business needs into technical setups and analyze performance metrics.
Oversee the onboarding of new and existing clients and partners to ensure a quicker “Time To Production”
Conduct training workshops and product demonstration to educate clients’ and partners’ teams.
Monitor platform usage and adoption, identifying gaps, new use cases, training needs, and opportunities for expansion to increase adoption and retention.
Participate in the creation of the educational content (such as user guides, use cases, FAQ knowledge base etc)
Take care of the continuous development of Customer and Partner technical competences
Collaborate with business, marketing, and product teams, providing insights based on customer feedback, interactions, campaign performance, and product usage data.
Influence Synerise Roadmap and internal processes
What will make us a perfect match?
Experience in related customer-facing roles
Experience with REST API and familiarity with webhooks concepts
Experience with Postman or similar software
Familiarity with process automation tools & marketing automation platforms
Experience in mapping client business processes to platform capabilities.
Good knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
Strong ability to analyze data flows, identify integration gaps, and propose solutions.
Experience in defining timelines, deliverables, and tracking progress.
English at an advanced level (B2 minimum), both written and spoken
Willingness to cooperate with customers in the form of a ticket as well as providing technical training
What will convince us even more?
Fluent in other languages: Spanish/Portuguese
Familiarity with e-commerce, CRM, or loyalty program integrations.
Experience with low-code solutions
Knowledge of JavaScript
Experience in web/mobile development projects
Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign optimization, or marketing analytics dashboards.
