We successfully deliver an all-in-one tool - Synerise (YouTube link). An ever-evolving behavioral data platform, enhanced by AI to generate outstanding ROI in more than 30 markets for industry leaders in Retail, Banking, eCommerce, Automotive, Insurance, and Telco, processing more than 150 billion transactions annually. However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.

Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our mini HR Team and support business on a daily basis.‍



What will you do on a daily basis?


  • Recruiting for all positions. 
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes. 
  • Conducting feedback sessions and implementing career paths. 
  • Supporting employees and managers with current HR-related issues. 
  • Supporting wide range of HR projects by providing researches, brainstorming and conducting projects. 
  • Coordinating the efficient flow of HR documentation, updating ATS and other databases. 
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks. 


What will make us a perfect match?


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner. 
  • Practical experience in implementing processes in HR areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee development. ‍
  • Knowledge and practical experience in career path planning, talent management, improving performance and building organizational culture. 
  • The ability to use data to draw conclusions and formulate solution proposals based on it. 
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law. 
  • Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration. 
  • Very good command of English. 
  • High attention to details and timeliness. 
  • Positive attitude and team-work mindset. 
  • Relationship-building and communication skills.
