However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.
Currently, we are looking for a Junior Customer Success&Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success & Implementation Department (CSI).
What will you do on a daily basis?
Support clients and partners during the implementation of the Synerise platform under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in configuring and implementing basic use cases by translating business requirements into technical setups.
Support onboarding processes for new and existing clients and partners to help ensure a smooth “Time To Production.”
Participate in training workshops and product demonstrations alongside senior specialists.
Assist in monitoring platform adoption, identifying basic gaps and suggesting improvements.
Contribute to the creation and updating of educational content (user guides, use cases, FAQ knowledge base).
Continuously develop your technical and product knowledge with support from the team.
Collaborate with internal teams (business, marketing, product) by sharing insights gathered from customer interactions.
What will make us a perfect match?
Basic understanding of REST APIs and webhooks concepts (practical experience is a plus, not required).
Familiarity with tools like Postman or willingness to learn them.
Basic understanding of marketing automation or process automation tools.
Ability to understand and map simple business requirements to platform functionalities with guidance.
Basic knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
Analytical mindset with willingness to learn how to analyze data flows and integrations.
Basic organizational skills to support tracking timelines and deliverables.
English at least at C1 level (written and spoken).
Willingness to work with customers via tickets and participate in technical training sessions.
What will convince us even more?
Fluent in other languages: Spanish/Portuguese.
Familiarity with e-commerce, CRM, or loyalty program integrations.
Experience with low-code solutions.
Knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience in web/mobile development projects.
Knowledge of A/B testing, campaign optimization, or marketing analytics dashboards.
