Having such great solutions we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Loyalty Specialist or Expert to join our Business Development team who will work alongside the Head of Loyalty Solutions with end-to-end responsibilities covering both pre-sales and implementation support in the area of loyalty.
Pre-Sales:
- Ensuring successful project execution by taking leadership, organizing resources, monitoring statuses, attending meetings, and resolving obstacles.
- Collecting use cases.
- Documenting case studies.
- Sharing lessons learned and knowledge internally.
- Enhancing internal and public documentation.
Post-Sales:
- Participation in product development through the generation of ideas and requirements.
- Preparing and delivering loyalty presentations with a personalized approach as needed.
- Conducting loyalty and overview demo sessions for global partners and potential customers.
- Gathering loyalty requirements and data for pricing.
- Organizing and facilitating loyalty workshops.
- Identifying and supporting upsell opportunities.
- Designing solutions that align with customer expectations regarding time, cost, and resources.
- Developing project plans (for the Synerise component, while considering all dependencies with the customer and partner).
- Actively seeking new loyalty partnerships.
Business Acumen:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing or designing loyalty programs.
- Understanding of the business assumptions and objectives of loyalty programs.
- Ability to measure and evaluate loyalty program KPIs.
- Knowledge of loyalty program strategy elements like earn, burn, customer communication, offer.
- Proficiency in English(at least B2+).
Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills:
- Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Taking initiative in actions and solve problems without the need for constant supervision.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and solve problems.
- Plan and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment and willingness to work with different time zones.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in designing and understanding high-level system architecture and data flows.
- Fluency in reviewing and comprehending technical documentation, particularly API/SDK documentation.
- Ability to construct and execute requests using API development software, such as Postman.
- Experience in building loyalty strategy.
- Knowledge of the Synerise platform.
- Proficiency in Spanish or/and Portuguese.
