Having such great solutions, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our brave and brilliant Synerise Team.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create designs based on findings from research and customer feedback.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, to high-fidelity designs.
- Design end-to-end product experience by user journeys, empathy maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Be responsible for user experience in your area of the product by continuously looking for opportunities for improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Cooperate hand-in-hand with a UX Researcher to turn insights into high-quality designs.
- Contribute and co-develop the Design System.
- Share knowledge and experience with people on board.
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI Designer.
- Experience in working with large and complex applications, proven by a portfolio.
- Practical knowledge of standard industry tools, such as Figma, Framer and Webflow.
- Curiosity in exploring complex problems and finding solutions.
- Good communication skills, openness and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Team player attitude.
- Experience in validating designs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Independence and very good organization of work.
- Ability to share knowledge through workshops and presentations.
- Experience in Design Systems.
