What tasks await you?

  • Provide governance support to the unit, assisting leaders with organizational tasks and ensuring alignment with company-wide strategies
  • Oversee and track the progress of initiatives within the agile framework, synchronize with the overall company roadmap, and create dashboards, presentations, and status updates to showcase progress
  • Collaborate with product management, relationship and client service stakeholders to identify success metrics and implement dashboards that deliver actionable insights
  • Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders, monitor risks, and develop contingency plans to address challenges or schedule adjustments
  • Organize regular updates on initiative progress, set priorities, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
  • Collaborating with other teams within the organization to acquire and monitor data describing the progress of initiatives.
  • Building a culture of data utilization to support decision-making processes, team development, and individual growth.


What skills will be appreciated?

  • At least 2 years in project or program management, with knowledge of governance and roadmap tracking
  • Ability to monitor progress, manage risks, and create clear dashboards, status updates, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong teamwork skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders
  • Experience in setting priorities, aligning initiatives with company goals, and ensuring progress
  • Ability to identify risks, create backup plans, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of agile work methodologies, their impact on organizational structure, team operations, and process development.
  • Ability to work based on goals and values, with independence and proactivity in proposing solutions.
  • Ability to create communication plans with stakeholders to support achieving objectives and unit development.
