WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Communications Specialist. This is a part-time role, equivalent to 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE), supporting T Hub’s internal and external communication efforts at T-Mobile. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple formats and channels to promote internal initiatives and drive employee engagement.

  • Full ownership of internal meetings and events, including creation of presentations, venue booking, rehearsals coordination, host confirmations, and collaboration with external agencies and vendors,
  • Managing the internal newsletter: visual design, content editing, proofreading, distribution, and performance tracking,
  • Optimizing the internal T Hub website/intranet, including content creation, updates, and visual enhancements,
  • Creating engaging content for T Hub’s external communications on T-Mobile’s social media channels (e.g. reels, copywriting), and supporting employee advocacy initiatives,
  • Developing content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, visuals, and updates shared across T-Mobile employee platforms.

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in communications area,
  • Proven experience in a corporate environment,
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills,
  • Solid understanding of visual tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva),
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently,
  • English proficiency at B2+/C1 level (written and spoken),
  • German language skills will be considered an asset.

Hiring Manager will receive a recommendation for your application.

There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.


Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.


Time to decide!

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
