Your Role
As our Finance Operations Specialist, you’ll make sure our day-to-day financial processes run smoothly. You’ll be the person behind accurate payments, payroll coordination, and reconciliations, helping us stay compliant while supporting a fast-growing business.
This role is a great fit if you already have some experience in accounting, accounts payable, or payroll and want to take the next step in an international company. You’ll work independently but also partner with teams across HR, Operations, and Growth. It’s a chance to strengthen your finance skills while being part of a global tech scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and handle approval workflows, while keeping an eye on expense categories to support basic cost tracking.
Payroll & Compliance – Work with our accounting office to process payroll across several countries, support VAT/GST returns, and assist in annual reporting.
Financial Operations – Perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and document processes.
Cross-functional Support – Collaborate with HR on payroll queries, support process improvements, and contribute to new system implementations and automation.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, or general accounting.
Hands-on with accounting systems and comfortable with reconciliations.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and VAT basics.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
Strong attention to detail, accurate under pressure, and process-oriented.
Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
Clear communication skills – able to explain financial topics to colleagues outside of finance.
Nice to have: experience with expense management platforms (T&E) or process automation; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, or currently pursuing a professional certification (e.g. ACCA)
