To the structures of our client, an international company in the FMCG sector, we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Order Management Specialist with German. The person we are seeking will be responsible for managing business customer relationships, analyzing orders, and closely collaborating with production and logistics to ensure the highest customer service standards.

- Communication (via phone and email) with customers – handling inquiries about deadlines, prices, deliveries, order status, certificates, technical information, claims, payment delays, etc.
- Proactive follow-up on old stock and inventory tracking.
- Accurate and efficient booking of production proposals and orders based on specific customer inquiries – working in various ERP systems.
- Coordination of deliveries and resolution of delivery issues in collaboration with the logistics teams of the respective mills.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to set priorities effectively, work under pressure, and make responsible decisions.
- Independence and a high standard of work culture.
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills.
- Full-time employment based on an employment contract - 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
