To the structures of our client, an international company in the FMCG sector, we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Order Management Specialist with Hungarian. The person we are seeking will be responsible for managing business customer relationships, analyzing orders, and closely collaborating with production and logistics to ensure the highest customer service standards.

- Managing post-purchase customer support through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
- Responding to inquiries related to placed orders, including shipment progress, delivery concerns, or fulfillment discrepancies.
- Developing long-term rapport with customers by delivering reliable service and timely updates.
- Contributing to continuous service improvement by tracking recurring issues and sharing insights with supervisors.
- Achieving customer service goals by prioritizing prompt problem-solving and operational effectiveness.
- Excellent proficiency in Hungarian and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to set priorities effectively, work under pressure, and make responsible decisions.
- Independence and a high standard of work culture.
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Full-time employment based on an employment contract
- Attractive compensation: 9,000–9,500 PLN gross base salary
