Are you a natural go-getter with a passion for sales and technology?

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive  to take charge of the end-to-end sales cycle—from generating and qualifying outbound leads to closing deals and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively generating leads through outbound campaigns and self-managed initiatives
  • Managing additional sales channels, including tenders, inbound inquiries, and conferences
  • Verifying and qualifying leads 
  • Developing compelling pitch decks and tailored proposals
  • Negotiating deal terms and conditions
  • Effectively closing deals and securing long-term partnerships
  • Overseeing assigned accounts, providing updates, addressing issues, and managing contracts
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing projects
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Delivering regular reports on sales performance and activities

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a software house, or at least 5 years of B2B sales in other industries
  • Good understanding of the sales lifecycle
  • Previous experience covering the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and further account management
  • Prior work experience in international markets such as Nordics, Western Europe, and North America
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Ability to work with both inbound and outbound leads, including generating your own deals
  • Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams, creating proposals, and presenting them to clients
  • Strong soft skills, adept at communicating with diverse stakeholders and finding common ground
  • Curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and a self-starter approach
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Native or near native English skills (C2)


Nice to have:

  • Domain knowledge of a business industry or industries (travel, healthcare, wellness, retail, eCommerce, logistics, banking, insurance, etc.) 
  • Tech-savviness and ability to understand digital solutions
  • Min. B2 spoken and written Polish

Recruitment process:

  1. HR interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
  2. Sales Test Task (approx. 3 days to complete)
  3. Final interview with the Head of Growth (1 hour)
  4. Decision
