We’re expanding our presence in the Travel & Hospitality sector – and we’re looking for the right partner to help us do that.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a senior-level Consultant to support our efforts in building relationships and deepening our understanding of the Travel & Hospitality space. This advisory role is ideal for someone with a strong network and industry insight, who can help us navigate client discovery, refine our value proposition, and open doors.
This is not a full-time position – we’re looking for a freelance expert, advisor, or consultant who can provide support on an ongoing or as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Open Doors: Refer or introduce relevant contacts from your network (e.g. OTAs, travel tech startups, hotel chains, booking platforms, mobility providers, other travel related services).

Discovery Support: Join early client conversations to help uncover pain points, contextualize business goals, and align TeaCode’s offer with market needs.

Industry Insight: Provide high-level feedback and guidance to our sales and delivery teams on market dynamics, product expectations, and buyer behavior.

Strategic Collaboration: Offer input on positioning, value propositions, and outreach strategies based on industry trends and client challenges.
Ideal Background:

10+ years in the Travel and/or Hospitality sector (advisory, executive, product, or business development roles)

Deep knowledge of travel technology, especially digital platforms (SaaS, booking engines, B2B solutions)

Active network of potential clients or collaborators (OTAs, hotel groups, mobility providers, travel related services, etc.)

Proven experience with international markets (US, UK, DACH, Nordics, or MENA strongly preferred)

Comfortable advising on early-stage sales strategy and product fit

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
