SEO Team Leader

As a part of Group One and Serviceplan Group, TechNest exclusively serves one of the biggest automotive brands in the world.  

For that purpose, we built The Marcom Engine.

We are currently looking for:

SEO Team Leader

In this position you will deal with:

• You will build and execute the global SEO strategy needed to maximize leads and sales from owned media for our client.
• You will be responsible for the development of the team and projects ( ca. 20% working with the team, 80% working on projects).
• Develop a strong relationship with our client and gain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
• Continuous monitoring and reporting of SEO performance measures.
• Translate audit findings into data-driven action plans and support the implementation.
• Prioritize, support and monitor team goals contributing to overall OKRs.
• Work closely together with editorial and technical departments.
• Identify and prioritize any elements required under scope to reach team goals.

What is important for us?

• You have strong communication and problem-solving skills and you operate transparently.
• You have an expert understanding (3-5 years professional experience) of technical SEO best practices (improved page speed, proper site/page structure/schema.org, proper page/URL structure), including Google new formats of Core Web Vitals.
• You bring technical competence and familiarity with GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush and/or other relevant tools and preferably knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Presentation of projects, analysis, Know-how workshops & trainings for global audience.
• fluent Polish and English (minimum level C1)
• Adobe Analytics Skills are an advantage.
• You are willing to work for a global enterprise as a customer.
