Holi is the first digital obesity and metabolic health clinic in Poland - a place where a team of specialists and technology supports patients in making lasting changes to their lives. We started Holi to give patients hope that chronic, lifestyle-driven conditions can be treated with empathy, science, and great product design - not quick fixes. We’re building a new, human–AI hybrid model: specialists where it truly matters, automation and agentic AI where it compounds quality and scale. Our long-term goal is to create a “clinic in your pocket” solution - a place where patients can take care of all aspects of their health, from treating diseases to preventing them. Holi has been active since 2023, is a team of 15 across business, technology, marketing, psychology, and medicine, and has secured €3m in Seed funding from healthtech-focused investors in Germany and Poland.
We are looking for a Brand & Partnerships Lead who blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution. This hybrid role involves shaping the brand’s strategy, managing external communications, leading campaigns, and building key partnerships. Whether you come from a brand, creative, or trend management background, you can drive both high-level vision and practical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Own and shape Holi’s brand strategy across the organization.
You will own the Holki brand from a branding perspective - including tone of voice, visual identity, and overall brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage a currently existing small team.
Manage organic external communication: social media, blogs, PR, and media relations.
Assume creative lead for advertising initiatives, overseeing campaign briefs, production, and performance evaluation.
Act as a strategic partner, actively selling and positioning the brand to external partners (influencers, celebrities, media, and key stakeholders)
Build and nurture relationships with partners, driving conversations towards commercial collaboration opportunities
Own the process end-to-end - from outreach and communication to closing partnership deals
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, adapting quickly to secure and scale partnerships
Requirements:
Background as a brand or creative director, or brand manager in a sizable firm.
Strategic brand-building expertise with strong relational and project management skills.
Previous experience in team management.
Ability to drive collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
Comfortable with both high-level strategy and execution of campaigns.
Fluent English
