Become a Customer Retention Agent with Bulgarian​

Location: stationary in our office in Warsaw (Mokotów)

Our team's task is to contact customers with an account on our client's website and offer additional bonuses. ​

What we offer:

• Civil contract with salary 48 PLN gross/h + bonus up to 1200​ PLN/month,
• Relocation package if you will be relocating to Warsaw from another city,
• The project works: Monday-Saturday 10:00-20:00, without Bulgarian bank holidays​,

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of Bulgarian at the level of min. C1,
• Knowledge of English at min. B1,
• Computer proficiency.

Nice to have: 

• Experience in customer service,
• Sales skills.
