We are looking for experienced sales professionals who can share their best practices with a team of other motivated individuals.
We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in selling data protection, data recovery, and cloud solutions.

Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers via phone and email using a provided list of interested prospects who have visited Veeam’s website.

Internal Meetings: Participate in product meetings conducted in both German and English.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with sales experts, directors, CFOs, IT specialists, and CEOs.

Sales Mastery: Learn and implement top-selling practices to drive success.

Lead Qualification: Identify, validate, and qualify new account opportunities in assigned accounts, territories, or buying centers.

Engagement Tactics: Use a spectrum of tactics, including phone outreach, voicemail, email, social media, and chat, to connect with prospects and foster meaningful interactions.

Collaboration: Cooperate with other sales departments to ensure leads are converted into signed contracts and new customers.
- Previous sales experience of at least half a year is mandatory. Experience in high-tech products/services is very advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve actionable results.
- Building trusting relationships with team members and clients.
- Active learning and a positive approach to continuous improvement.
- Eagerness to learn extensively about IT, data security, and maintain an open-minded approach to these topics.
- An employment contract with a salary between 9500 - 13400 PLN gross and a package of benefits.
