KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on growth and long-term relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring seamless

  • order processing and on-time delivery.

  • Mapping markets and identifying potential partners, and reach out via phone, video, or other communication channels to establish successful business relationships.

  • Provide expert advice on coffee selection, tailored to each customers preferences.

  • Be a reliable partner who provides exceptional customer service and solutions.

  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure smooth

  • operations.

  • Experience in B2B sales and enjoy engaging with people from different cultures.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of managing multiple priorities with ease.

  • Your organizational skills are second to none, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

  • You are fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus!).

Remote (with occasional travel to Berlin, if required).
