We are currently looking for:


Talent Acquisition Specialist


As we take on more and more projects, we have to expand our recruitment capabilities. In this position, you would be joining the TA team and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, as in me, the person writing this ad 😉, hi! Your two main areas of focus would be supporting the current recruitment projects and sourcing for future positions, preparing our talent pool for upcoming demand. 


📈 Your Responsibilities:


  • Supporting all stages of the recruitment processes
  • Preparing and posting job descriptions through relevant channels - ATS, job boards, our website, etc.
  • Selection of relevant candidates according to the project requirements
  • Setting up interviews and conducting screening calls with candidates
  • Following up the screening process by organizing technical interviews
  • Keeping our candidates up to date by sending frequent updates and feedback messages
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn: creating talent pools, sourcing candidates, then using automation tools to conduct campaigns and communicate with potential candidates
  • Preparing talent pools for future recruitment projects, using sourcing and our candidate base


🔑 Key Requirements:


  • At least 2+ years of experience in the recruitment industry in the IT sector
  • Experience with conducting interviews with candidates - you have a few solo interviews under your belt already
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and a genuine interest in the tech industry - we don’t expect you to be a developer yourself, but finding common ground helps 😉
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing - most of our clients are international  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the basis of our line of work 😉
  • Good organizational skills concerning scheduling interviews, delivering feedback, updating our ATS
  • Up-to-date with the latest best practices in recruitment: automation tools, boolean searches, etc
  • Experience working with Google Workspace, especially Google Spreadsheets


➕Nice to have: 


  • Knowing the ins-and-outs of Slack - we use it for more than just communication
  • Commercial experience using automation tools in the recruitment context
  • Basic understanding of GDPR requirements
