About the role
We are looking for an AI Content Strategist to create SEO- and GEO-driven narratives that inform, educate, and drive business growth. Instead of focusing purely on writing, you will use AI tools, automation, and modern content workflows to research, create, optimize, and scale content that drives measurable results.
You’ll craft conversion-focused content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets, using LLMs and AI-assisted workflows as a core part of your daily work.
You will help build and shape our content function from the ground up, becoming the first person in this role and working closely with the Head of Growth and the Outreach Specialist.

You’ll create content focused on business-relevant problems and solutions in areas like:
Customer service and support operations
Live chat and help desk software
Chatbots and conversational AI
AI agents for customer support
Automation, workflows, and CX best practices
Lead generation and conversion strategy for support-led growth
Tools you’ll use
Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, WordPress, Notion, Slack, G-Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides/Gmail/Meet), LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), Wynter, Profound, LinkedIn, SmartLead, MixMax, and internal tools/AI agents.
You’ll actively use AI tools and LLMs not just for writing assistance, but for research, outlining, content optimization, experimentation, and building more efficient content workflows.
As the AI Content Strategist, you will focus on maximizing business impact through content by:
Translating complex CS/AI/software topics into clear, actionable, conversion-aware content.
Developing GEO/SEO-aligned blog posts and landing pages that address business-relevant user intent.
Creating case studies, reports, whitepapers, and digital PR pieces to build brand visibility and authority.
Following a predefined content calendar and delivering consistently.
Identifying opportunities to expand, consolidate, or re-position content based on performance data.
Auditing, updating, and improving existing content to grow traffic, leads, and subscriber conversions.
Iterating quickly based on feedback and experimenting with new approaches to improve results.
You are a perfect fit if you have:
Proven experience writing high-quality B2B SEO and GEO content that ranks, drives measurable growth, and effectively addresses user intent.
Hands-on experience using AI tools, including LLMs, or automation to research, create, optimize, and scale content through AI-assisted workflows that maximize impact.
Ability to produce high-quality B2B content across different formats — blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers — designed to drive measurable business results.
Curiosity and willingness to experiment — embrace new tools, AI workflows, and methods to optimize content production and business impact.
Strong ownership and proactive mindset — independently manage projects, hit deadlines, communicate effectively, and continuously optimize content and workflows for impact.
Analytical skills — ability to track content performance, interpret metrics, and iterate based on insights to improve results.
Excellent English communication skills — ideal if C2/native/bilingual, or otherwise able to ensure that produced content sounds natural for a native English audience.
