Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

  • Minimum 3 days per week in our Warsaw office
  • Working hours aligned with US time zones (12:00 - 20:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 CET)

Form of employment: Contract of employment or B2B contract (self-employed)

Contract duration: 5-6 months (As soon as possible - May 2025)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Outreach our potential clients with phone calls and personalized email sequences to spark interest in Tidio+.
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points;
  • Manage a pipeline of high, and medium-intent leads in a well-organized and effective way;
  • Keep a track record of data for a better understanding of changes in a pipeline and the progress of key performance metrics;
  • Actively partner with your peers from the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to contribute to the overall success of the sales process.


You are the perfect fit if you have:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum) with exceptional verbal communication skills and a neutral-sounding accent;
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies;
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS/high tech company with less than 300 employees (any position);
  • Strong phone communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls;
  • Ability to work in hours aligned with US time zones;
  • Adaptability and comfort with the dynamic nature of a startup environment;
  • Drive for results and passion for sales development.
