We’re looking for a hands-on Video & Content Marketing Manager to boost our efforts in UGC ads and enablement and educational content. You’ll sit at the intersection of ads, video production, and partner/customer education, owning fast ideation, testing, and execution across channels, markets, and formats.
Responsibilities
Ideate, script, and produce short- and long-form UGC video ads and video guides
Adapt ad concepts across channels (Meta, TikTok) and markets/languages (EN, ES, others)
Track ad performance (spend, distribution, views, iterations) and optimize creatives
Create partner & customer enablement content (guides, playbooks, comparison sheets, partner certification program, product onboarding academy)
Contribute to and help structure onboarding, academy, and certification programs
Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when needed and manage output quality
Support webinars and educational video initiatives end-to-end
Requirements
2–3 years in video content, performance marketing, social media, or product marketing in the SaaS industry
Proven track record of creating or contributing to enablement or educational materials
Experience creating UGC ads or paid social video creatives
Strong ads ideation & scriptwriting skills
Understanding of Meta & TikTok ad formats and creative best practices
Experience working with video actors / creators for the UGC recruitment
Comfortable tracking performance metrics (views, spend, iterations, learnings)
Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure campaign results and video content performance.
