Your role

As Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in powering the pipeline engine of Tiugo’s marketing organization. In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of strategic, high-impact campaigns designed to accelerate pipeline and drive meaningful expansion. You’ll combine audience insights, compelling product messaging, AI-supported content workflows, and account-based strategies to deliver targeted, multi-channel programs that support sales-led growth.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and RevOps across all brands to coordinate demand efforts that not only convert, but scale efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and scale outbound campaigns: Own the planning, execution and performance of multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid and field marketing channels. 

  • Apply an account-based lens to campaign planning, whether 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many. Leverage firmographic, technographic, and intent data to guide targeting and personalization. Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to align campaigns with strategic accounts and buying committees.

  • Work with Revenue Operations to develop data-informed target account lists, and collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver high-impact content and messaging tailored to personas within target accounts

  • Partner with Account Management to identify whitespace opportunities and create and implement strategic programs to drive expansion

  • Harness AI and Workflow Automation: Use large language models to streamline content creation and platforms like Common Room to automate workflows and campaign triggers. Enable rapid experimentation and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics to assess campaign impact. Use attribution insights to improve conversion rates, accelerate pipeline velocity, and expand on high-performing initiatives.



What do we need from you?


  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2+ owning outbound campaigns or revenue growth/expansion strategies

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale ABM programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact across multiple customer segments

  • Deep expertise in buyer intent data and GTM AI technologies (e.g., 6sense, RB2B, Common Room, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing prompts to guide AI models in analyzing existing customer product usage patterns, providing industry and persona insights, and suggesting actionable GTM plans

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Comfortable taking initiative and building programs from scratch—owning everything from planning to performance tracking.

  • Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
