Scaling globally, we are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our remote team of 200+ from around the world.

Your New Role

As a Senior Designer, you’ll join our creative team of 3, leading design initiatives for two brands in our portfolio. With a strong background in branding and web design, you’ll drive a refresh of one of our brands, including logo redesign and website updates. You'll also produce marketing collateral, including social media assets, white papers, interactive PDFs, and data sheets.

We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, preferably in a corporate environment, who is self-sufficient and skilled at managing stakeholders. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing leadership, project managers, and content creators, so strong communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative, engaging, and effective digital marketing materials across various channels, including landing pages, social media assets, marketing collateral, internal presentations, white papers, and interactive PDFs.
• Drive the visual refresh of one of the brands, including logo redesign and website overhaul.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and effective communication of design goals.
• Bring a high level of independence and proactive problem-solving to all projects.

To be successful in this role you need the following:

• 8+ years of experience in creative design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong skills in branding and web design, with an understanding of UX principles.
• Experience in creating vector illustrations is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with video animation tools.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working closely with marketing stakeholders, including content writers, product marketers, and the DX team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging and reporting to stakeholders.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities to identify and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
