Brand Communication Strategist
We’re a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no-)code. Founders come to us because we help them define, build, and scale their MVPs. Brand isn’t the last layer here - it’s how the product earns attention in the first place. You’ll work closely with founders to shape how their product shows up in the world: what it says, how it sounds, and why anyone should care.
You’re free to do the job your way, but the team is there for you. Doesn’t matter if you’re just in a pickle or need a real talk about your career – there are always folks happy to give you a hand.
And hey, we’re not here to point the finger at what to do. If you see something we can improve or know how to reach our goals, do it and get your cred.

Your day-to-day
Craft strategy and brand messaging (positioning, value props, tone of voice, etc.)
Feel comfortable in fast processes: think days, not weeks
Use AI daily to iterate quicker, but stay critical and keep human judgment front and center
Turn messy founder thoughts into sharp, clear narratives
Write and refine catchy and functional taglines, claims, and copy
Collaborate closely with brand designers to bring strategy to life
Run (or co-run) workshops with clients to define direction
Present your work to clients and share knowledge with your team
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on writing
Help with internal needs: write case studies and SM content
Push back when something doesn’t make sense (nicely, but firmly)
It's a match if you're like this
You have experience in copywriting and communication strategy
You are fluent in both English and Polish
Experienced in branding or working in a creative team
You’re comfortable incorporating AI tools into your workflow
You think in messages for the right audience, not just words
You’re comfortable talking to founders and challenging their thinking
You write in clear, human language (no buzzword soup)
You care about structure as much as creativity
You’re proactive - you don’t wait for perfect briefs
You have a portfolio that shows real thinking, not just nice copy
Ready to work in EU time zones, with occasional calls in the evening with our American folks (ET/PT)
