French & Italian Customer Service Consultant | Remote

Over 40 years ago, an idea was born in Hawaii, thanks to which today we don’t have to carry cash with us. For our client, the world's largest supplier of payment terminals, we are looking for

French & Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist.

What tasks are waiting for you:

• Comprehensive customer service via incoming calls (we don’t sell anything!) by applicable customer service standards,

• Solving technical problems,

• Achieving the quality goals of the project.

• Civil contract, at a rate of PLN 55-60 gross/h,

Our requirements:

• Excellent command of the French and Italian languages (C1) - both mandatory,

• Very good command of English (B1),

• Ability to solve simple technical problems,

• Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, active listening, empathy, politeness,

• Availability for a minimum 120-140 hours per month.
