Hungarian​-speaking Customer Service Consultant

Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: ​

• Provide technical support to equipment users.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Providing information on products and their functionality.

• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: ​

• Fluency in Hungarian B2/C1.

• Excellent command of English B1/B2.

• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00.
