Hi! 

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌

• Provide technical support to equipment users.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Providing information on products and their functionality.

• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎

• Fluency in Greek (B2/C1).

• Excellent command of English (B1/B2).

• Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). 

• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00; Saturday 8:00-14:00.

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 49,00 gross/h.

• Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
